What do I need to prepare for before the first interview?

We believe that anywhere you work one day is kind of like marriage. We may want to hire you, but you don't know a lot about our company. The first interview is career overview with our Agency Owner. There will be a company overview, position availability, pay & benefits/retirement overview, along with career advancement opportunities. After this initial interview we believe you will have enough information to determine if we are the right fit for you.

What is the pay?

 Starting out, you will have 3 income streams.  We pay commissions, bonuses, and renewals. Renewals will pay out annually and you receive them FOR LIFE. You can literally make money while you sleep. That's two paychecks plus passive income!
